Are you an experienced HR professional seeking to make a real difference within a dynamic and forward-thinking NHS Trust? Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a passionate and strategic Senior HR & PD Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

The People & Culture service is central to the Trust's ability to attract, develop and retain a talented workforce, ensuring a positive working environment that supports both exceptional patient care and staff wellbeing. The service has recently been redesigned to ensure it meet the needs of the organisation's new target operating model. This newly created role will be responsible for supporting the senior management team within the new divisions successfully implement the people agenda.

Main duties of the job

  • Lead on strategic HR initiatives and support transformation projects across the Trust
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies
  • Champion best practice in employee relations, organisational development, and equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Support the implementation of national and local workforce policies

  • Educated to master's degree level or equivalent demonstrable experience.
